“These things are GARBAGE! I've contacted Vuse twice and i'll admit that their customer service was pleasant to deal with and sent me tons of coupons and even reimbursed me for the bad products.
However, the quality continues to drop rapidly. MULTIPLE burnt pods right out of the box, MANY pods that leak into my mouth, at least 10 $30 devices that wouldn't charge after a few uses...just way too much trouble and disappointment.
I switched over to NJOY and havent had an issue since.”
“I have switched to MarkTen, then Halo, and went back to smoking after serious chest pains similar to that reported in the news. Tried Vibe, then went to Juul a while ago looking for something smaller but left the charger at work. Picked up an Alto for ONE DOLLAR. The pods are a bit more expensive than the Vibe, which I was going to buy pods for but when I saw the Alto I figured I'd try it. Ride into work was okay, nice being able to charge while using it. Pack is cheap and flimsy, and vapor comes out of the pack's pod cavity when you remove the pod so I'm sure it will get gummed up. Not impressed with quality. Mint flavor is okay. Seems more comfortable than Juul. Verdict is still out. But overall my plan is to quit nicotine once and for all. You don't see any companies advertising a step-down program so it's obvious they don't care about your health, they just want you to buy more product. If there was something with less than 2.4% I would go to that next.”

“Battery life is great, and consistency down to the last puff before it blinks is better than any other device I have tried. Not a big fan of the huge bong-looking units, nor do I want to fog up the whole countryside when I exhale. Alto gives a satisfying, full-bodied hit without blowing your lungs out. The pods last for days and are reasonably priced, with good traditional flavor. Great system all around.”
