“Usually they work great, although I’ve had one lemon. My BIG advice is to keep all the packaging. I’m glad I didn’t recycle everything like I did with my last Novo. These guys usually last about 3-4 months, but that’s what I’d expect a battery to last.”

Size is small enough to hold in mouth hands free
Auto fire - no button
Power - delivers a good hit and flavors of liquid
come through better than others I have tried
Battery life - lasts almost all day (heavy vapor)
Cons:
Charge time - takes about an hour to charge, but not really a
big deal if you have 2 because of the long battery life
Pods leak - I have used 4 pods so far and 3 leak. They seem to
be leaking where the black mouth piece meets the clear
tank.
Black mouth piece - can't tell how much liquid is left unless
you pull the pod out of the device.”

“been using it for a while now, never a doubt in mind best pod system there is. i went from JUUL, to the sourin, then to box mods, and finally this great device. gets through my heavy use habits, and is subtle enough when in public. i use INFZN nic salt juice with it and the pods barely ever burn. stocking up on pods is good practice however.”
“I have ordered Novo Device in Mid Jan, 2019. This device is great until it stops working. My battery get died in just under 2 month of usage. If i charge fully, it will died in next 5 mins and won't hold the charge anymore. My usage is very moderate. I am not sure the device i got is faulty or all of them are like it. So i don't recommend this product. Wish i can give it negative rating.
