“Device hits great, but the coils burn out way too quickly. Upgraded to Aspire Nautilus AIO but the device had too much spit back and coils weren't that great either. Just upgraded to Smok Nord - great so far.”

“I hate this novo which is really disappointing, because I though that I was going to love it. I only recently got the device but I have used two separate pods that both spit-back badly and seem to leak inside the device. I puff on it two or three times and the whole thing has to be cleaned out. I have used one of the pods that was sent with the kit and one 1.5 pod from a refill pack, hoping that it was just one bad pod, but they both perform the same way. The only suggestion I've seen is to wipe it down, but I am not going to be carrying a rag and q-tip around to wipe it out every three puffs.”
