“I’ve ordered every novo pod on here over the past year. At first they were wonderful! But my last 2 orders leak or just don’t work at all. What is going on with the QA on these?. I’m tossing out full ones so it’s wasting my salts too!! Get it together please. Now I hv to order the entire kit bcuz the supply chain is broken? Grrrr”
