“This unit has probably the most uniform and consistent draw out there, and if it runs low just swap it for the other battery... The charging case is great for travel. It is not cheap (nor are the refills) but it does something that no other vape battery has done for me - deliver a uniform hit every time. A keeper.”
“I was super excited to buy the Loop because of the rechargeable case, it’s very sleek, lightweight and convenient. I love all those aspects of it but there are problems with the loop and other Njoy products. I live in a city and cannot find anywhere to buy the pods they go fast and add not refillable (they should be). The other problem is the pods leak, the taste is eh and it’s expensive. I tried to use the loop to quit smoking because smokes cost $12.00 a pack. Well sadly once I realized I would need to reorder the pods online it turns out they are just as expensive as smoking. If you order them online they may give you 10% off here or there but there’s excise tax and shipping is not free. It all adds up and I am not willing to pay all that for two pods that last a few days. I’m new to e-cigs/vapping so I had thought they were basically all the same. After buying the Loop I realized I needed to do research, which I did and if you want to quit smokes this is not the way to go. I just ordered a MiG Clear Fusion 21 Starter Kit after doing tons of research, it’s really nice, refillable pods, tons of flavors, (you can actually make your own), many options to customize it to your needs and you get so much more for your money. I won’t need to go to tons of stores looking for pods they never have because with MiG you get the bottle of juice to refill your pods. I had quit using Mark 10, I got the loop to replace it, but it’s not as good, and it just doesn’t didn’t satisfy me. Unfortunately because I couldn’t find the loop pods anywhere and ordering them online cost too much I ended up going back to smoking. Now I have to start all over again and it’s not easy. The Njoy customer service is not great I called because I thought I ordered the Loop Starter Kit but some how it was just the Loop, so I wouldn’t have any pods. I explained this to the customer service representative, she basically was no help, she was pretty rude and condescending. I thought maybe they could just send me the pods or charge the difference because it was way cheaper to get the starter kit but she just said they don’t do that. I wish when I was reading reviews for the Njoy Loop that I came across this information which is why I’m writing this review. I wasted money and time trying the Loop. One last thing I live in the city of Philadelphia, there’s an abundance of everything you can imagine but not NJOY Loop pods, which is so weird.”
“LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The problem with most of the prefilled pod systems is that the battery dies (usually when you are out and about) and then you have nothing handy to use. Love having the ability to change flavors at any time. You have 2 and the charging pack is nice in your purse no more digging in the bottom of your purse for your e-cig. Handy, economical and the pods last longer than any other product I have tried.”
