I use salt nic and this device has helped me put down cigarettes since. I cannot recommend it enough, especially if you are new or unfamiliar with the tons of products out there (like myself). The size is perfect however I recommend a brighter color choice, because it is so small, and I lose things a lot, the vibrant colors stick out a lot better when it falls between the seats in the car!
