“Ehh. I don't know why, but I have had several of these fail right out of the box. One had a problem with the fill valve not returning to the seal position. Several were hard hitting and thus unusable. I'm not sure if these are genuine factory replacements or aftermarket, but they appear work different then the pods one gets with the original Renova.”
“Being easy to fill with a press to fill valve that works well and holding enough fluid to last a typical day make these a winning design. The coil works very well although if you heat it up enough it will allow some fluid to get into the chimney so you can get a little fluid occasionally, however it has been less frequent than I've had with any other coils I've used. The simplicity of use and consistency while using it have been fantastic with the only drawback being the little bit of fluid left in the valve after filling getting onto a contact requiring a harder draw to ignite the coil. Easily remedied by rolling a little paper towel, Kleenex or toilet paper and sticking it into the valve after filling to get the little fluid that doesn't make it into the body of the pod.”
