“I'll start by saying that I really like the Renova Zero Pod system. Compared to another system I was using, the pods last WAY longer and with great taste right up until the end. However, after having purchased 3 refills packs (2 pods to a pack), I'm finding that usually only one pod works well and the other ends up in the recycling bin after day because it lacks flavor. $7 for 2 pods is fair. $7 for just one is not. I hope the Renova folks can work out their quality control measures because it's a product I'd like to continue using.”
“Electric tobacconist did a awesome job with fast delivery at a great price. My problem is with the pods. My last two orders of the pods has been a bad experience. With both orders having one pod being dead on arrival. And I had one that I was able to fill once and when I refilled it I got a terrible burnt taste. I love the device and the flavor I get off the pods, I've just had terrible luck with getting good pods lately.”
