“I ordered 10 bottles of Napa Nectar recently and the tracking info stated that it was delivered but i never received it. this has never happened to me before so i was very disappointed and figured i would have to place a 2nd order. i reached out to customer service and within 2 emails they had a replacement shipment out to me at no cost. the service was fast and i was very satisfied with the outcome. Electronic Tobacconist will continue to be my go to e-liquid vendor.”
