“I've tried 3 others and by far, this is the best pod system I've found. The battery seems to last longer than others with larger batteries. It hits better than any other and the pods are well priced and last for at least 3 fills. I'm done shopping around, finally!”
“It's a great, satisfying pod device - provided you're not unlucky enough to get a defective one. I loved mine and took great care of it - detaching the pod to refill, charging it without the pod in, turning it off when not in use, but it still started auto-firing after less than two weeks. Turning it off made no difference, it'd turn itself back on and autofire at random. This made me extremely uncomfortable because that's really unsafe, so I contacted the company. The Chinese customer service were very helpful, but once they forwarded everything to the US customer service, I had to jump through so many hoops for over a week and resend the same pictures and videos repeatedly, only to be told I'd have to gather everything that came in the box, including the pods that I threw out because they were used up (one got used up by the autofiring issue), and ship the product back on my own dime, and then they'd MAYBE process my warranty claim. All i wanted was a refund so i could buy a new caliburn, running under the assumption the faulty device i was sold was a fluke, but it leaves an extremely bad taste in my mouth that they're selling faulty devices and then making the consumer get so frustrated they give up on getting a refund for a device that could start a fire. My experience with their customer service has left me unwilling to purchase anything from uwell ever again. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Buyer beware, and be prepared to keep literal trash in case you were sold a faulty device.”
