“Doesn’t last long term. Great vape for about a month and then it started going out on me. I got it replaced once and it started with the same issues. The mod spits juice, leaks and the coils suck balls. The coils are the biggest issue imo, lasting a few days at best and leaking into your mouth too. The mesh and ceramic coils are the worst, last like a tank and a half before going bad, which is ridiculous for the price of a 2 pack (if I wanted to get ripped off that bad I should’ve stuck with juul pods, at least they maintain they’re flavor).
The AVP also has a massive firing issue, where it will continue to draw after you hit it, which wrecks your coils even faster. The airflow has also gotten steadily worse over time, despite being cleared and cleaned. I can’t even change the wattage anymore. I’ve owned this vape for less than 6 months and it’s been an utter disappointment for most of that time, which is a crying shame cus it could’ve been a badass mod. I like the look and feel of it, and the pods are great on that first tank, but for the long term user and people looking to save money, this vape isn’t for you.
I tried notifying aspire about the pods and they said disposables aren’t covered by warranty. Understandable, but it’s frustrating when one of the things you need for vaping is a pos. The pods suck and in turn, so does this vape. Stay away if you want to use it for more than a month or two.”
“I guess I'm the only one who does not like this vape. Its very sleek and light BUT it leaks when you draw from it. If its standing n falls over trust you will get a bit of liquid on your lips or in mouth. Its gotta be standing for it not to leak n sometimes taking longer or stronger draws can also make it leak. I'm not a fan because the leaking. But the style & look are nice.”
“The AVP is on par with the Caliburn IMO. I'm a low nic freebase user and do dtl hits. This unit is working out fine for my style of vaping. Also have a friend that has one that uses nic salts mtl hits and is loving his too. Great battery life, the pod is easy to fill and no leaking so far. I still love my tank/mod rigs but this is so easy to just through in my pocket and go that they tend to just get used at home any more.
