“FIX!!! So I was inspired to write a review in light of the 1 star review listed here to help if people run into dead non working device issues. This device outperforms JUUL by miles but does have flaws. 1 of my 2 batteries stopped working but I tinkered with it and found a cure. If you owned a sourin air you will be familiar with this fix. You need to clean the excess liquid that’s leaked into the draw sensor. Take something small but blunt and gently push in from the pod side and you can work/push out the internal battery and entire chassis of device in one piece. This reveals the draw activator sensor which has a gasket around it to make a seal in the battery tube. The fix for most non working devices is simply to clean up the excess liquid that has flooded the draw sensor. It’s delicate so with a little patient cleaning and repositioning back in place. You can slide this back in as it was and the device will work again. This trick is just like the one many people used on the popular sourin air. You had to occasionally clean up the liquid that dripped into the sensor to keep it humming along. Place all gaskets back exactly as they were or this will not work.”
“I read the 3 reviews and felt I had to chime in and review. The device has not failed yet but its only been about 3 weeks since buying my first one. I currently have 2 devices and so far both are working. I know how stressful it can be to have a device fail for no reason so this rating is just for performance. I have tried every pod device out there and so far the brez provides the most enjoyable and consistent experience. Far better than the juul I was using before Juul decided to pull there flavors without any warning or heads up. The only down side so far has been that the pods go quickly which is part of trade off with more vapor production and performance. Also pods can be leaky if you pull hard on the device frequently. Auto draw on brez is tight but fires extremely easy so vaping is casual and never requires harder draws or messing with pods. Best small form cigalike pod system I’ve tried so far. Miles better than Juul and My blu. All flavors are enjoyable and have a sweet tone. RY4 is more like a creme brulee/caramel flavor. I usually hate menthol but the breeze pods are sweet and enjoyable as well.”
“If I could give this device less than one start I would. Typically I do not write reviews but this device is so terrible that I don't want anyone else to waste their money. At first its great but after a very short amount of time it no longer charges. I've had 3 devices and all 3 stop charging after a month and I cannot figure out if it is the charger or the device itself. Either way save your money and purchase some other product.”
“I read many comparisons/reviews and the Apollo BREZ was well rated. I have had problems with two consecutive batteries. ET has been great with their customer support, but I am a bit disillusioned with the product. I just ordered a third battery. I'll give Apollo a third strike.”
“The Apollo Brez Starter kit is a wonderful device. It works perfectly, and has a long lasting battery. It has just the perfect amount of clouds if you want to zero vape without the cost of big clouds when you want them. The flavors (save tobacco) are very solid but I wish apollo would make more flavors of pods. Other than the limited amount of flavors to choose from this device is perfect for what I need.”
