“This is my second purchase of the Novo 2. First one died shortly out of the box (4blinking lights). Second one seems to be doing better. The issue with the original Novo was the prongs would get stuck in the down position thus not being able to make contact with the pods. Hopefully that doesn’t happen with the Novo 2...”
