When they aren't faulty the pods are great and part of a great system. Unfortunately there seems to be little in the way of quality assurance in their production. The first pod I had, which came in the kit, was not sealed properly around the edge so it leaked like mad. (I even searched online and saw a lot of similar complaints. Including a video with a dangerous 'solution' to the problem.)
The ET customer service helped me buy a set of new pods and the first one (my second) had a crack which then led to leaking in a different place from the original. I'm now on my third pod and I'm hoping that I don't have to replace it.”
