“Ordered a total of 9 replacement FIN batteries...all were defective. ET was fine with the first replacement and gave me credit for the 2nd replacement. I liked the product but it isn't reliable anymore...at least not with ET. ET is a good service, but this product is not reliable.”

“I am happy to see I am not the only person having a problem with the Fin batteries. Well, not "happy" but at least I know I am not crazy. I have liked doing business with ET for a long time now and their customer service has always been the best, This last batch of batteries don't work and for the very first time I have not heard back from ET after sending a ticket. I feel ignored and in a quandary as to where else I can get these batteries as I have the cartomizers and need batteries that work. This is unlike ET not to respond.”
“Like the review on the spare battery I just read, I'm having the same issues. The light will stay lit until you unplug hours later and then when you try to use it just blinks like you never charged it. I'm not going to complain because they've been free but I just paid for 3 and if I have the same issues I will complain but they are awesome at taking care of any issues. Some have worked though, about half. I'm happy they sell just the battery because I have TONS of chargers as I've been using this product for years and I love ET!!”
