“I sent one battery back but let FIN know that I had received two others in the past that would not charge. FIN sent me 3 new batteries, almost fully charged and work fantastic!! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST!!! I've been a FIN customer for some time now and I find their products exceed expectation of any other product I've ever used.
