“Very disappointed. I have now ordered 5 spare batteries and not 1 has held a charge. They have replaced the batteries twice and none of the replacements have held a charge. Gave 1 star but deserves a zero why is electric tobacconist still offering this product????”
“I like to have spare batteries so I can always have a charged one. I ordered the spare and it has never held a charge. I had to order 2 more starter kits just so I can have spare batteries. I read reviews and noticed I was not the only one with this issue. Not cool Fin, not cool.”
