“I ordered 4 packs of Finn cartridges, and one entire box is dried up,. I submitted a ticket,but it is like pulling teeth to get them to rectify this!!! I hope this can be resolved, as I just placed another order before I found out how difficult it is to get a problem taken care of!!!!!!!”
