“Ordered the Machine - good. Couldn’t change the day or Time of Delivery so my neighbour took it in The item was in the Original box, but for transportation it would have been better if it was inside a sturdier box as it was delivered with the front of the box damaged and may have fallen-could even have been opened. The Rhinestone starter kit and white tool case was not in the box. There was no phone number so sent an email to point this out. I would like to think these are being sent out but nothing received to date. I opened the box in front of friends at a craft class where 2 of them have also purchased this machine. So unfortunately unable to use at this time-disappointing that I have had the machine for 11 days and still waiting for tools and rhinestone kit. I have sent emails to communicate this.”

“I am delighted with my scan n cut sdx2200D machine,I already have the cm 900 which has been a pleasure to work with for the 2 years I have had it,but I was very interested in the automatic blade function of the six and the Disney designs were a bonus and very useful as I already have a Disney sewing /embroidery machine. I highly recommend the machine and the quality of service from Makers superstore and will definitely be buying from them again.”
