I used these in some pendant lights in my kitchen. The light output is nice and white and the high CRI makes a big difference in the room. I need to upgrade the bulbs in the can lights to match the light output from the bulbs now!

I've been trying to find a decent warm dim bulb in the A19 form factor for an application where we have several lamps used as a lighting zone in coordination with some warm dim recessed fixtures. Most of the current warm dim bulbs on the market are trash. The last good ones I used were Phillips models they discontinued several years ago in favor of an inferior Title 20 model. So when I saw this bulb from a reputable manufacturer that promised "smooth dimming down to 10%" I was hoping it would solve my problems. First, the good: It's 90 CRI, and the light quality looks good. The bulb is silent, I don't notice a buzz or hum at any level, both on forward phase and reverse phase dimmers. Some other warm dim bulbs on the market start at 2700k but this one is 3000k. This is a small niche and I'm glad to see this product exists. Not so good: The dimming performance is definitely not "smooth". The bulb does a good job of turning on quickly and reliably at the lowest levels, and does bottom out around 10% measured. There is a lot of dead travel though in the middle of the dimming range. It will brighten slightly, stop, then suddenly pop over to the cooler light color and brighten a little more. If your dimmer has any sort of "fade on" function, it won't be so much a fade as in a "warm light pops on" followed by "whiter light pops on", which I would describe as more "abrupt" rather than "smooth". All in all, these are probably usable in a pinch or in applications where fade-in/fade-out are not used. They seem more consistent/reliable than some other manufacturer's models I've tested recently. But they're still a step backwards from the older Phillips models I can't source any more and will probably disappoint your more discerning customers who want to pair them with higher-end lighting control systems.
