“Ordering the Connect Bridge from Prolighting was easy and it was the best price I found. The item was packed well and delivered early!
The Connect Bridge was simple to install and the companion app works better than the previous Radio Ra2 mobile app. It's a bit expensive, especially considering that it replaces functionality that Lutron sunset.”
“At first I was confused why it wasn't working properly after swapping out the old Connect Bridge-1. I had to delete My Home from the Lutron Connect iPhone app and then create My Home again. Now the app starts up smooth and HomeKit works too. Apparently, the Home configuration remembers the specific Connect Bridge hardware, and if you use a newer Connect Bridge model, the configuration is still associated with the old one and this mismatch causes connectivity problems. It got confusing because the app still partially works with this configuration mismatch.
I wish Lutron would add IFTTT support as well. I think that should be possible with a software update.”
“The Bridge was very easy to setup and connect to a running system. Once paired to the rest of the RadioRA 2 system it took no time to establish a connection to HomeKit and Alexa. Everything works as expected and I'm looking forward to being able to have the ability to control all of my lights regardless of it I'm home or not.

“This purchase was a positive experience; I had a bad week with OTHER online purchases, but ProLighting was right on track with sales setup & delivery and of course right product which I chose. As for product, Lutron is probably the best out there for lights control -despite being pricey-, and this Connect Bridge, for use with RadioRA2 will allow control via phones and/or voice devices. A thumbs up to PRO Lighting for showing a black device which is what currently is shipping from Lutron -I believe no more white ones which everyone else shows picture of- ... however a comment, perhaps good for ProLighting to include a note that this device is the NEWest bridge for RadioRA2 & Homeworks, as some might confuse it with the Lutron Connect SELECT series (I believe first one to come out in black) and which had me hesitate for a moment as probably at date of purchase the only vendor showing the unit in color ACTUALLY shipping out now...”
