Where will you be using the product? In my home

How would you rate the value of the product?

“It is not the fault of the bulbs. I was trying to upgrade to LEDs for a fairly old bathroom Vent/Lighting/Heater fixture. I believe the ballast is faulty. I will still use my ProLighting/Green Creative bulbs when I replace the unit.”
