“I am happy with this product. The gentle who I spoke with on the phone was fabulous and very helpful. The problem I have is there were no instructions with the fixtures. The man doing the repairs natal lagoon was an electrician but he had never seen your product before and it was a bit of a struggle to get them installed. We never did figure out what the beer can opener tool was for. I looked on your website as well and all I saw was “have an electrician install”. They are in now and I am thrilled to have the lights and outlets tucked up under my cabinets. So , just really think you should include some tips for installing since these are not an everyday, off the shelf type item. I have to tell you my electrician said he would never install these again. Guess if I need more I will have to find a different company.”
