I didn't know anything about Pro Lighting, but when I went to their site I quickly realized they were a legitimate operation. The site is user friendly and helps you navigate to what you seek fairly easily. Kudos to the team that designed and thought through the needed workflows to make life easier for us consumers.
Onto the actual lights... I can't say enough about them. They are relatively easy to install (compared to the cans that have been typically used for ceiling lights). I had an electrician install them, since I didn't want to risk blowing anything up, but he was pleasantly surprised at the low profile nature and compact nature of these led's.
They have changed the rooms I've installed them in pretty dramatically, creating awesome ambiance and visibility. Lotus has a great thing going. I'm sure I will be buying more as I make adjustments to my home.”
