I can confirm that this remote allows you to assign different dimmers/ switches to each button - as well as allowing each button to set the dimmers/ switched it does controls to any level. Other 4-Button remotes seem to have the limitation that all the buttons need to control the same set of dimmers/ switches. That alone makes this much more flexible in its usage. Other than that it works reliably like all Pico remotes.
Lutron doesn't seem to describe the 4-button Pico remotes features very well e.g. a comparison chart - or if they do I haven't found it.
I'd like to find an unlabeled version of this remote so I could label my own buttons (or even have it custom labelled by Lutron ~$99). However I can't see a way to ensure I get the same exact functionality as this one.”
