“These are bullet proof in a RA3 configuration. Zero hiccups for the last 6 month since Install. I used these in my whole house automation buildout and through the Lutron app and Alexa whole home control is simple and easy, trims and brightness can easily be set with the Lutron software. The touch dimmers, low light illumination and slide bar is totally friendly and easy to use. Doesn’t get any better. I have Alwxa tied in and use commands like cook, dine, relax, awake, goodnight, home, away, movie etc to set whatever lights in the home to that task. It’s been life changing. Pro lighting never disappoints, fast, friendly and timely delivery. Doesn’t get any better.”
“I have 12 of these throughout my house two of them out in the garage in black and the rest are in white. I decided to go with the more expensive pro version instead of the regular Kaseeta, because of the look and features they feel high-quality, and I love the look of the light bar to find them at night, and I love how easy it is to just tap somewhere on the light bar and go right to the brightness you want instead of having to click buttons. Although these are very expensive if you want paddle style switches, these are definitely worth it.”
“These look gorgeous. The vertical line of light is great. But the touch dimmer function is fussy. It's hard to turn on the light without accidentally dimming it. And while most new builds have a neutral wire, older retrofits don't, so requiring neutral is a step backwards from the old Maestros. The newer 2.4 GHz mesh works dead reliably, just like the old 400 MHz Maestros. Overall, I would buy the new Ra3 Sunnatas again because the design is so nice, but they aren't perfect.”
