“These glasses lasted just over 2 months before breaking at the hinge despite no obvious stress to that area. What is worse, Siroko wouldn't stand behind their product. They would not send me a replacement piece - even if I paid for it - nor would they offer me a discount on a new pair of glasses. I was excited about this brand since the glasses worked well until they broke, and I was planning to buy some of their bib shorts and jerseys. Not anymore. Very poor, short-sighted customer service. They could have had a long-term customer.”
