“I have been trying to post these glassess back to you (one of the arms broke - for no apparent reason). Do I have to send the glasses to the Spanish Gijon address or can you provide a UK address?
In the meantime, I get periodic text messages advising sales are on, if I cannot resolve the glasses issuer, I am not going to buy any of your products am I? So why bother with the messages?
