“This is now the Second Time you have shipped collect on our UPS account at 35lbs a box for a box that weighs 19lbs. I would not have taken time to write this review but you have had a month to correct this since the last time that I took the time out of my day to reach out to you for you to correct this.
Getting overcharged by UPS because you are too lazy to correctly update the weights of your products is aggravating as there is no simple solution with UPS to remedy this.
As for the labels themselves. They are fine. The only issue we have had is that your rolls are not always centered and since we do edge-to-edge printing for our label design, it on occasion, is off-center and resulting in the print being off-center, or in other words a white line down the side of our label/design. Yes, we could offset in the printer preferences, but we shouldn't have to do this. The Chinese labels we were using prior to finding a source in the USA did not have this issue and cost less. But we are committed to sourcing everything we can from the USA.
*This one star rating is a direct reflection of the hassle involved related to the incorrect shipment data you are sending to UPS. I would not have even wasted time writing a review, but it was not corrected after being brought to your attention.
**As for the labels, I would give 4 stars due to the rolls not having equal spacing from the edge of the backer paper to the label on all rolls. Otherwise we are happy with the labels and more importantly that they are a product of the USA. (Feel free to change the stars once you correct the shipping weights)”

“The labels work well in our Dymo printer, and the labels are good quality with a good adhesive, but they often stick to the backing paper and make it impossible to use a label dispenser. We sometimes run through thousands of stickers in a day and not dispensing quickly is a major issue with productivity.”
Hi Trace! I'm sorry to hear you had an issue using our labels in a dispenser.
We strike a fine balance between making the labels too sticky and not sticky enough.
We generally lean towards making them too stick, because if they don't stay stuck to whatever you apply them to, they are no good at all!
