“I purchase 2 cases of labels that were defective. Emailed Andrew in customer service. He sent out 2 new cases they were also bad.
Andrew emailed me UPS labels to return the previous purchase and is sending me more labels from hopefully a different lot.
I've been ordering from Smith Corona for a while now and have never had a problem like this. Hopefully what ever the problem was is fixed now.
Because their customer service was so good. I will continue to use them.

In the last case thee were about 25% of the rolls that were creased. Since we use more of them internal than for shipping it wasn't a real issue. This shipment was inspected on the dock before being accepted and there were not any creased rolls found.
or the money this is a great product and this size in rolls is really hard to find.”
