What brand / model printer are you using to print your labels? TSC 310
What are you applying these labels to? Postage
Our TSC 310 printer has been using these labels for past year and it has been working great. We go through about 1 case every year. The labels age very well. No quality issues from the first label to the last label used. The staff was awesome when we first started, they corrected my original order so that we had the correct labels. Since then, we just pull up out invoices from the past and just re-order. No need to even lookup the labels from the online catalog. Will buy again for sure.

Prints nicely. However, the labels sometimes lift off kraft paper tubes and kraft padded envelopes, and Scotch shipping tape causes the labels to fade within 4-8 hours.

Thank you for your review. We highly recommend AGAINST putting any tape over the labels, as the tape will cause a chemical reaction that causes the print on the direct thermal labels to fade. If you need tape that won't cause that chemical reaction, please contact customer support and we can help you out.

I bought the box of 16 rolls and am happy. The box was not too big nor heavy, and was undamaged in shipping. Thank you.

What brand / model printer are you using to print your labels? Multiple
What are you applying these labels to? polyethylene and corrugated
This was our first time purchasing from Smith Corona. The labels arrived fine, but you could peel them off any substrate. When I was approached about my satisfaction, I stated they did not stick to anything. The CS Rep explained they use a different adhesive in the winter...OK, then why are you shipping out that adhesive at the end of June. They did issue a RMA and took the labels back, but I had to deal with the hassle of not getting product to my customer because they can't manage their inventory.
