“First order: The labels gets jammed in the printer. For some reason it gets stuck. I change the label printer and the issue still persists.
I thought it was just this batch that was NG.
Second Order: Although, I am not able to test it out yet. But what good is fanfold if labels are ripped every couple of perforations.
I like the price, but if all my orders are this much of a hassle, then I think I will go elsewhere next time. Not worth the headaches to save 10 or 15 dollars for 4000 labels.”
“Smith Corona has an informed and excellent customer service team. Their fan folds are much better than the rolls. As long as you keep the printer clean. We have a Zebra 450 and it decreases in performance around 2000 labels. But that's not the labels fault. We will keep buying from SC.”
“These are great labels. They are a little thinner than we are accustomed to using. It doesn't seem to affect performance at all. The materials do not cause our printer to get dirty as often. We were cleaning every roll. We have run about 2,000 of these and have not had to stop and clean. Our business will be switching to this brand exclusively.”
“Searched many webstores including Amazon and Ebay. Smith and Corona was one of the least expensive even when adding in shipping costs. However, I think they could do better on shipping costs especially at the high volumes I'm assuming there sales are at.
Anyway, the labels themselves are great quality. They stick much better than other labels I have bought from Ebay. The last thing I want to worry about is if the label is going to fall off.
In sum, you can't go wrong with these and fanfold is so much better than rolls.”
“We had been purchasing Fan fold labels from various suppliers to find the best value (prices, shipping $'s and quality) I believe I have found exactly what I was looking for right here. The quality is right there with labels that cost 5x more. One of the best features for me is we are close enough that if I order today I get them tomorrow.
I have not had a need to contact customer service so I can only rate a mid score.(or should I rate higher because I have not HAD to contact customer service?)”
