“Labels are ok. Several things that need to be improved.
1) Directional arrows on the box to prevent cores to be crushed due to carrier placing heavy boxes on top.
2) Something very strange, every 6 labels or so the labels shift to the right around 1/16". Perhaps low tension on the web while converting? Both orders weeks apart have this issue.
3) The 3" core labels always unglue and unwind like 6 loops, and these loops partially image. Additionally, the glue is very brittle and spreads within these loose loops. So all of these 6 loops have to be discarded due to partial imaging and little pieces of glue that could damage the printheads.”
