“I actually ordered the wrong labels here, I needed direct thermal labels, and these were thermal transfer labels.
The customer service team was able to alert me of my error and point me in the right direction to get the correct labels that i really did need.
They remember my last order and noticed it was a different style label and they reviewed all my options so I got the right ones.
