The color does look lighter in the picture than when you receive it, it is darker than we thought. When ordering it stated it would ship out the same day if ordered within a certain timeframe that was counting down but it didn't ship out until the next week almost 3 business days later with really no explanation as to why. These are the only reason why it's not a 5, I have ordered from them in the past and it's easy and simple and generally quick.”
