“I am only a few weeks in to using Perfect Duo but so far so good! I was a bit worried the powders would taste a bit strange but i actually really enjoy the flavor. I love to use the Calm one before bed or if i have had a stressful day. I sometimes use balance in my smoothie or just on its own. Maybe its too early to see results yet as i know sometimes it can take 30 days before really noticing a difference but i will definitely keep using and purchasing!”
