“I do like how easy it is to fly however, after only owning this drone for about a year and rarely flying it. The app stopped connecting to the drone. There's no customer support number so you gotta email and hope for a quick response. Over priced for the quality of this drone. Spend some more money and get the next step up.”
“We purchased these for students to use in our after school drone club and they have been having a blast learning basic flying skills with these. They have drone obstacle course competitions vs other schools nearby and have had a lot of success. Our program is growing dramatically as so many students seem to be interested in this fun hobby. We’ll be ordering more supplies from the drone clone xperts soon for next year. The LIMITLESS drone model looks promising with tremendous ratings and reviews all over the internet but may be out of our budget, but hopefully we’ll be able to work something out even if it’s just for a few of them”
“I also received my craft on 2/25/22 with one prop not turning on. I loosened the corresponding screws underneath that motor and that took care of the issue. It was simply overtightened. Took 3 seconds to diagnose. Camera linked up fine. The only criticisms I have for the Xperts are, there are a few too many Hfun apps to choose from in the App Store. Some don’t seem to work right. Luckily your handbook shows a picture of what the app looks like. This one worked fine... I also ordered the RED quad air 4K and expected the RED landing gear but got black. Little disappointed in that because it was pictured with RED. Silly I know, but nowadays all we have is the picture to go by, it’s a huge selling point. Otherwise very happy...Thanks.”
“Purchased this as gift. When it arrived one of the propellers did not work properly. Sent three emails to support but didn't hear back. Eventually I sent the drone back with a letter explaining the issue. I honestly didn't expect to hear back. But was pleasantly surprised when I did get an email back explaining that my emails had gone to their spam folder, and they didn't see them until I sent the note with the drone. They happily sent a new drone, which we received today, and flew right out of the box. We'll see how it does over time, but so far, so good.”
“This was the perfect Christmas gift for my daughter who loves making videos for her YouTube channel. It performs nicely and she’s gotten use to the hand gestures which work pretty well. Videos are crisp and pretty amazing. She also loves the way it folds up and stores in its convenient case. Can’t wait to see what she’ll do next with this drone.”
“This is a very fun toy/tool and no assembly needed. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 cause it is light weight, which is good and bad because if it's really windy it can become difficult to handle at times. But overall it's a very reliable solid beginner drone and I'm very glad I bought this one to learn on. I'm new to drones so I've given it a bit of an endurance test and it has handled the abuse VERY well. I consider it a very good value for the money.”
“It really is fun to fly and after trimming, works as advertised except for (therefore the "but") it does not like wind at all.
Even a slight breeze the little fella has to work hard to move into the breeze. I didn't expect it to be a hurricane buster but it's light weight does not do it justice as with no wind, it's a blast.
I am thinking about purchasing the triple bundle for my grandkids so we can have drone wars....”
