“I am new to Drones but I always wanted to have one. Come last Christmas, my wife purchased the Drone Clone Xsperts Limitless 4S. The hardest part was pairing the remote with the Drone and when I finally paired the remote with the drone and watched the instruction videos and registered my Drone with the FAA Drone Zone, I took my first flight and unfortunately crashed my drone into my house. Fortunately outside of a dinged propeller and a few scratches, the drone was fine. I removed all of the repellers and replaced them with the spares that came with the kit. I contacted Drone Clones and I will say their customer service is very responsive, I mean I contacted them on a Sunday and they literally got back intouch with me about 30 mins after I sent them an email. They advised me that because the avoidance system is so sensitive, I should remove it until I can go to an open park because the avoidance system will not let the drone come within 30-60 feet of any object. So because I was so close to my house, I removed the avoidance system and the drone flew fine. Earlier today I took mu drone to a park and man this bad boy is fun. My only complaint is that it does take a little bit for the remote to sync with my drone bit once it does, your in for a treat. It I was playing with the drone until it got a little windy and I had to bring it in. I will say it handled the wind well but you can definitely tell the drone was being affected by the wind so I just played it safe and brought it in. I definitely do recommend this Drone for anyone. It is easy to use and fun to fly around and take videos and pics with that goes directly to my phone. It does take about 13-15 hours to fully charge a battery if you drain it so I definitely recommend you purchase another battery or two and by spare propellers. I have since ordered multiple spare propellers and spare batteries because lets bet honest, 15 hours to fully charge a battery for only 30 mins of flight time is for the birds. The only reason I gave this drone 4 stars instead of 5 i because the fact I always have to wait for the remote and drone to sync which stinks. Over all, I am in love with this Drone.
