1. The gel packs are sized just right that I can snuck them into my running shorts.
2. They are easy to open. They have lining which is easy to tear. Handy when you are trying to open and run at the same time.
3. The are easy in the mouth and stomach. Some gels have a weird toothpaste like taste which is not great. But the sis flavours are easy to take.”
