“About to compete at worlds triathlon so am grateful the product is batch tested, and was recommended by my coach (previous olympian) to try the PH 1000 for training and PH 1500 for race day. Prior to using this product in most swim sessions over 3km I would cramp in legs. Since using this product I haven't cramped once. 100% would recommend !!”
