“Best tasting, easiest to digest gel on the market. Love the soft pouch and screw top. Can easily be carried during a run or on the bike. Used it successfully in 70.3 Ironman during run. Could just take a sip whenever I needed without digging in pockets or having to tear off tops. Great product”
