“I am not a huge fan of gels - I find chews easier to consume and give me something to do or distract me on my long runs (hahaha). I always start with the lemon and then finish with the mint (like a mild mouthwash - which I know I need after 7k into my runs!). The flavour is very subtle but I still find it cleansing.”
“I am not a big fan of gels. On my runs I much prefer chewing on something as I go. These are a perfect texture - not too tough and not too soft which means it doesn't get jammed in you teeth and dissolves quickly. Also love the lemon and mint flavour as I find them super cleansing as I run. I have the lemon first then finish with the mint. The flavours are very very mild and not overpowering.”
