“I used three of these over the space of an hour to prevent cramp in the last 10km of my first marathon. Very impressed that they kept working to keep my legs from seizing up, when used 20 minutes or so apart. They taste bad but that is the point. I think they shock your nervous system into ignoring the cramp signal to your muscles and that allows you to keep going. I've used them on long bike rides too. Great product. Always worth having with you if you are exercising hard for more than 2-3 hours.”
“Although I haven't tried this yet, I always keep one in my pack for trail running just in case! And whilst undertaking the Buffalo stampede I came across a lady with severe cramping who was going to pull out of the event. I gave her my Crampfix Quickfix shot and she said it was amazing and enabled her to continue! So awesome, hopefully I never need it, but good to have one in my pack!”
“I’m approaching 60 and decided to take on the 10km and 5km Spartan obstacle challenges recently on the Gold Coast. Both on the same day. On a couple of instances I could feel my calves starting to twitch. The tell-tale sign of horror cramping ahead! I glugged down a Cramp Fix and some salt tablets. Despite the atrocious taste the highly acidic concentrated vinegar did the trick. I could go on and complete the course. I needed to do this on two occasions.
Thank you Aid Station!”
