No low GI energy source, weak on carbs (least carbs per litre than any major drink), weak on electrolytes (least electrolytes of any major electrolyte drink with only 520mg/L), yet double the price of Powerade powder, and more than Skratch (their direct competition). Flavour and natural colouring was a positive. Won’t buy again.”
