“Very helpful course! I was new to my role of Director of Talent when I started the course and it gave a great overview of the work I'm doing. I'm actually considering taking it again because now I have more experience and institutional knowledge which will help me better understand the coursework. The videos are great - the teachers break things down in ways that are easy to understand and the visuals are great tools. Lots of helpful templates and resources as well! A heads up for those in non-profit organizations- this course is very geared towards businesses. As someone working at a school, I had to think creatively about how the lessons and resources applied to the work I'm doing.”

“I have had a great experience with AIHR so far with my certifications so far. The HR Generalist Certificate is a valuable course with great lessons despite my over 15 years of experience in HR practice, yet this course is a MUST for any person in HR Practice.”
