“I would highly recommend this course to the junior and mid-level HR professionals looking for to gain hands on experience in Analytics. During this course is a nice blend of theory and practical assignments on strategic HR Metrics. I learned linking HR strategy to HR metrics, concepts of building the business case for key strategic HR metrics for the organization. I studies HR3P Model, and Linking HR cost to ROI. I found this course amazing as it helped me to develop data analysis and data visualization through market competitive tools Power Bi. I truly enjoyed the learning experience especially the Final Project of creating recruitment dashboard.”
