“Modern and practical explanation of how HR impacts, influences and contributes towards the strategic objectives. I haven’t looked at HR from the "end" Begin with the demands of customer and so together with management team, stakeholders achieve goals. Look at inside as well as outside the company. For me very important design thinking i.e. listen with ears, eyes and heart. Helpful HR activity using data analyse and predict situations important for the business. Started after this program with project making onboarding a good experience for our new employees. Looking forward to continuing in building relationships, be accountable and do my work with love and smile :) HR is not about HR - it is about the business.”
