“The program is great for those starting their journey as a HRBP. The focus on data might seem excessive at first but it serves a purpose. Lessons are short enough and can be redone if necessary. The fact that slides are downloadable is great for referencing at a later stage. I liked the focus that was put on solving business problems through HR as that is where HR delivers their value.”
