“Hello, My name is Susan Kakai. I am very excited to have completed the HR Business Partner 2.0 Certification Programme. It is quite an intense programme that has allowed me to align with the business requirements as I walked the journey to becoming a HR Strategic Business Partner. The programme is a Human Capital think tank that provides varst Human capital strategies that align HR Business Partners with organisations strategic goals. The programme has enabled me to position HR as a profit centre and not a cost center. I loved the fact that the online sessions were so engaging.
