“"Building a business case is about change management" This is I think all about HR BP 2.0, how we really define, connect, monitor and executing things that are not isolated for the business. Instead, 1. HR should be driven and connected to business - something that you will get in HR Value chain 2. Your expertise in HR, such as world of work, HR strategy and activities should be a good start - you can get this in part of HR strategy/activities 3. Along with that, you need another important skills: finance, communications and else. Will equip you to be best in class 4. Not stopping there, the leverage factors is technology & digital which you will learn in the last part. Overall, I feel like this journey even like change management to my mindset as HRBP. Additionally, it is equipped by the practical and simple tools. Love this approach of AIHR blended learnings!”

“The lessons were engaging, with thought provoking insights. I really enjoyed the material and the additional resources provided at the end of the lesson to help dive deeper into the material. I liked the emails celebrating my learning streaks or the reminders to come back and complete lessons when I hadn't logged in for a while. I appreciated the available resources and webinars I could attend.”
